Norway and the United Kingdom

Taxes and Duties

Sweden and the EU: We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning all relevant taxes and duties are included in the price.

Norway, the United Kingdom, and the rest of the world: Local taxes, VAT, and customs duties may apply upon delivery and are payable by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Pre-orders

Items labelled "Pre-order" are upcoming styles that you can reserve before they become available online. Simply place your order as usual – the estimated shipping time is stated on the product page.

Delays

Should there be a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you may either cancel your order or agree to a later delivery.

Unclaimed Shipments

If you do not collect your parcel, it will be returned to us. Please note that we charge a fee of 300 SEK for unclaimed shipments.
